Nordic Program Director and Head Coach
The Bridger Ski Foundation (BSF) is located in Bozeman, MT, in the heart of the Northern Rockies, with world-class mountain recreation. We think of BSF as a big family. The Nordic Program Director is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the Nordic program activities of the Bridger Ski Foundation, in accordance with the BSF Mission Statement and Statement of Values. The Nordic Program Director reports directly to and works closely with the Executive Director and communicates and collaborates regularly with the BSF Board of Directors, other Program Directors, Nordic coaching staff, Nordic Committee and other program coaches, office staff, and the general BSF community.

Elite and PG team Head Coach
Bridger Ski Foundation’s Nordic Program is hiring an Elite/PG coach, to work under the Program Director/Head Coach. This is a full-time job, coaching a team of approximately 15 skiers, based in Bozeman, Montana.
Job Description: Create year-round training plan for each skier together with Head Coach. Travel with the team to camps and races. Organize trips for the team. Keep waxes, test skis and tools in order. Coaching 5 days a week, working with the entire BSF Nordic staff at races, filming and posting video, working closely with Program Director.
Qualifications: Education in sport and exercise or 3 years of experience working with college-level athletes. Level 200 U.S. Ski and Snowboard certificate. Preferable experience attending U.S. Ski and Snowboard Coaches’ Conferences; holding active U.S. Ski and Snowboard coach’s license (with background screening and SafeSport).
